Resumen : This research is based on gathering information on the perceptions a group of elementary school students who have antisocial behavior in schools, through the discourse of these on their reference groups, family, friends and school, their future expectations and moral distinctions that they possess, in order to generate a plan of intervention with these young people, so that they feel part of the educational establishment to which they belong and provide them the tools to develop fully as individuals in our society and prevent a future them drop out or continue manifesting these behaviors that contradict the socially established rules and so does not harm their future. The research used qualitative methodology, the instrument used in-depth interviews, so students from fifth to eighth grade met. And to triangulate the information, once completed interviews with students, teachers also met the establishment to make a joint analysis of the perspectives of those actors in the educational community. The research, pose the following objectives. The overall objective of the research was, "Rebuilding the sense that give adolescents belonging to a municipal school, their reference groups, their disruptive behavior and their expectations for the future" and the specific objectives were the following: "Describe the perceptions around the reference groups that the teenager has "," know the perception of teens about how they are socially and appreciation on the future cataloged "and finally" describe moral distinctions made by young people about the performance in life ".
